It’s that time of the year when Formula 1 new season launches are in full flow with teams unveiling new liveries and new cars. With 5 teams still left to unveil their new cars and liveries, the anticipation is at an all-time high. However, Ferrari has just dropped their new firesuits that will be used by Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz in the upcoming season, three days before the launch of their 2024 challenger on Tuesday, February 13th. This new reveal comes after Ferrari teased both drivers inspecting their new gears earlier this week.
The team is departing from the black and red suits seen since 2022, opting for a vibrant red design accented with white and yellow highlights. The new suits bring back memories of their 2023 Le Mans-winning car.

The White and Yellow highlights are not just an important detail on the new overalls for Ferrari, but according to Motorsport Italy, the new 2024 livery will also feature more white and yellow sprinkled throughout the car. Ferrari has got rid of the black that was featured in its previous race suits in the upper part, mostly around the shoulders and the chest.

Ferrari’s Prancing Horse will remain positioned high near the left shoulder above the Santander logo. On the opposite side, below the right shoulder will be the Shell and VGW Play logos, while their new sponsor Peroni 0.0 will find a home on the suit’s collar. Another noteworthy change in the suit is the belt that fastens the suit. It will now be completely covered by the flag representing Leclerc’s and Sainz’s nationalities.
Compared to last year’s suits, there will be an addition of small yellow and white lines starting from the shoulder down through the arms to the legs. It’s worth noting that Charles and Carlos have already tried a version of this suit during the Pirelli test last week in Barcelona.
While there is an emphasis on the fact that the white and yellow accents will be a new feature on the 2024 livery, that’s not the only thing that’ll be new on the car.
Ferrari signs a multi-year sponsorship deal with energy drink brand Celsius
Ferrari had a smaller partnership with Celsius in 2023, focused on the races in the United States. However, with the news of Lewis Hamilton’s arrival in 2025, Celsius has agreed to a multi-year global deal with the Scuderia. This partnership will see Celsius logos prominently featured on the racing overalls and the livery of the car from 2024 onwards.
