Recall how Lewis Hamilton took the paddock by surprise in his rookie season with McLaren. The Briton equaled the points tally of then 2X champion Fernando Alonso in equal cars. And now Oliver Bearman seems to be the next Briton in line, and with just one race, he has already become a sensation amongst the fans. Recently, a Ferrari insider has come out to hail Bearman. But what did he say?
Oliver Bearman’s weekend in Jeddah was full of action, including a pole in F2, followed by a chance to drive for Ferrari after Carlos Sainz needed surgery for his appendicitis. Almost making it to Q3 and then finishing in P7, beating the likes of Lewis Hamilton. It is guaranteed that the British sensation will become a future world champion if given the right equipment. And this performance gathered praise from all across the globe.
Ricciardo Adami, Carlos Sainz’s trackside engineer, commended Oliver Bearman for his performance at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, explaining how the rookie was like a sponge and soaked up as much information as he could in the limited time available. And now, the head of the Cavallino trackside engineers, Matteo Togninalli, has come out and spoken highly of Bearman.

Last October he got on the 2021 car for the first time in Fiorano, his mother and father were there, and on the third lane he was already very fast. This is something that is not taken for granted at all, it is talent.”
