Aston Martin is serving to become a very good home for 42-year-old Fernando Alonso. The Spaniard seems to be loving life at his new team, and the machinery they’ve given him is worthy of his lofty talents. That being said, when you are an F1 driver attached to a world-class automobile giant, there have to be some really amazing perks to it. Aston Martin has carved a niche out for itself in the world of performance and luxury cars. And Alonso’s got some serious taste for it, too!
Recently, the 2x champion was featured on Aston Martin Monaco’s Instagram page to share the news of the social media account reaching 30,000 followers. Alonso said, “Hello, I’m Fernando Alonso. Thank you for following Aston Martin Monaco [and helping it] reach 30,000 [followers]. Please let’s unveil together my new car, my new beast!” Alonso then went to showcase his new Aston Martin DBX 707.
The 300K luxury SUV, a glamorous addition to Alonso’s garage, got many high compliments. But the cherry on top of the cake was Jose Mourinho’s reaction to it. Football’s ‘Special One’ was ecstatic to see Alonso’s latest ride. He commented, “Grande Fernando,” as he congratulated the Spaniard.
