Unfortunately, last year Imola GP was canceled due to heavy rains causing floods, hopefully, this year we get to see a race. Imola is an important race on the calendar, as the drivers will be racing the track on the 30th death anniversary of Ayrton Senna and Roland Ratzenberger, who lost their lives on the same circuit. This year’s race will be a tribute to the two legends and also a test for the teams that missed the chance last year due to rain.

Along with the 20-car showdown, fans will also get to witness Sebastian Vettel behind Senna’s McLaren MP4/8. Yes, this is the same car that he last won a race in at the end of 1993. The legendary car will be on display for fans to marvel at on the circuit, known to be one of the most dangerous tracks on the F1 calendar. While the race is a risky one for the drivers, it is more entertaining for fans. For everyone who wants to watch the race live, here is how much you will have to shell out.

Although there are general admission tickets available, all the paddock club passes have been sold out. The FOMO of last year must have gotten to the fans as the rain denied them a race, and this year, there was no way most of them were missing the Imola Grand Prix.

How much will the tickets for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix cost?

While Imola is one of the more fair-priced races on the calendar, there are very few tickets left. With the tickets selling out by the minute, there are only 6 different areas where fans can buy them, and most of these venues are not at prime locations. Believe it or not, this is the 11th cheapest Grand Prix of the season, with ticket prices averaging 338 euros to catch the race.

This means fans can either get the 3-day ticket or opt for 1-day passes for Saturday and Sunday. Enthusiasts looking to catch the third free practice and qualifiers on Saturday can buy their 1 day pass for 340 euros.

For fans that want to be able to catch just the race on a busy weekend, the pass for only the race day will set them back 405 euros. While these prices are more expensive than many other locations, it is probably the best view to see the drivers finish and celebrate their wins. Moreover, each ticket might get a price hike as the race gets closer and can also have some hidden charges involved.
