Every sport in the world has one common feature: The debate about the greatest player of all time. The GOAT debate always divides opinions and creates separate fanbases. Formula 1 is no exception to this rule and every racing era brings up this debate with a different set of protagonists. In the current era, arguably the two leading protagonists are Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. However, if you take this debate up on Twitter, there is one clear winner.

Twitter is arguably the biggest online battleground for sports fans. Any random conversation or topic can generate traction and become a topic of discussion on Twitter with no end in sight. This is exactly what is happening on the social media platform recently as the topic “The GOAT of F1” started trending.
