The recent F1 gridwalk at The Miami Grand Prix made one of our favorite F1 commentators trend on Twitter. And it was none other than the former racing driver turned reporter, Martin Brundle. In this star-studded Miami Grand Prix, Martin Brundle stole the show, no matter who he interviewed. And he chatted with quite a few celebrities.

The Sky reporter started trending on Twitter right after the gridwalk as they captured the complete walk live. Interviewing the likes of David Beckham, DJ Khaled, and a “Social media sensation”, he also mistook Paolo Banchero for NFL star Patrick Mahomes. The entire thing is a laughing fest as fans on Twitter enjoyed every single interview.

“There’s a reason why I’ve never watched back an F1 gridwalk in a quarter of a century of doing them. You have no idea how much I dislike doing them but somehow those crazy moments have defined my professional career 🤔. Oh well, that’s the way it is,” posted Brundle on his Twitter.

The hilarious encounters are worth watching and mentioning as Martin Brundle stumbles across the grid before trying to find a racing driver. But to his misfortune and Twitter’s amusement, all he found were celebrities at the Miami Grand Prix gridwalk.

F1 gridwalk at Miami GP is one to remember

The internet never forgets. And that is exactly what Martin Brundle will fear during his career as a reporter. Nothing will top his excellent reporting at the Miami GP gridwalk. The former racing driver is a reporter with Sky since 2012 now, but yesterday his career as a reporter peaked. Especially on Twitter, as Martin started trending before the start of the race.

To give you a little context, this was a throwback tweet of Martin interviewing Ozzy Osbourne on a gridwalk.
