Lewis Hamilton is a seven-time world champion! But not according to a Puma Store in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2021, the Briton was very close to winning his eighth title, when a sudden change of rule controversially gifted the championship to Max Verstappen.

Formula 1 fans have since remained divided on the 2021 title winner. While most people believe that Max won it fair and square, many do back Hamilton and believe the result was unjustified. Notably, in a post-race investigation by the FIA, ‘human error’ was indeed identified during the Abu Dhabi proceedings.

He has specifically struggled with the W13 car, especially with the ‘porpoising’ and pace. Many fans sympathize with the 37-year-old, especially after even more deteriorated chances of an 8th title this season.

To rub salt on Hamilton’s wounds, teammate George Russell has been consistent with his performances. Despite being in only his first season, the Briton has established himself as a potential future title contender. Russell has outpaced Hamilton often, starting ahead and maintaining his dominance.
