The RB18 won’t look much like what we’ve shown today: Red Bull team boss
As reported by Soy Motor, Red Bull team principal Christian Horner revealed that the real RB18 would look a lot different from the one they launched.
“By the time we get to the first race, the RB18 won’t look much like what we’ve shown today. The evolution will be very rapid as we go through the season. It’s a steep learning curve for everyone and it’s a developing competition for all between the first and the last race,” said Horner.

“We think we have a good car for 2022. The RB18 is coming to life and to see it today is fantastic. It’s been a great effort from the whole team and I can’t wait to see it on track. We plan to build on 2021.
We have the number 1 car this year and now the challenge is to maintain it and defend that title with Max. The excitement and hard work of 2021 really pushed the team forward. That means we will go into 2022 in a fit excellent for the next season,” said the Red Bull team principal.

It would be interesting to see what upgrades does the Austrian team bring to the car as we approach Bahrain. Hopefully, whatever development is left to be done on the car will make it more competitive for 2022.
