Formula 1 is going to witness three drivers leave the sport at the end of this season. The season-ending race at Abu Dhabi will see Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, and Mick Schumacher bid goodbye to the pinnacle of motorsport. As the UAE race inching closer, Ricciardo pulled out a dangerous stunt ahead of Friday’s practice.

As the fans saw how Ricciardo was holding his helmet on the top of a building, which, of course, seemed to be dangerous, they reacted to the scene online. The Honey Badger had a golden helmet on his hand, as he was making gestures toward Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc.
Ricciardo and Leclerc were playing with a ball and having light-hearted moments ahead of Friday’s practice at the Yas Marina Circuit. The fans also shared their reactions, as they are yet to come to terms with three top drivers leaving the sport after 2022.

Even though the official unveiling of the helmet did not occur before the last race, fans believe it might be the same as that of Max Verstappen to give the “Maxiel” vibe once again in Abu Dhabi. As soon as the video landed online, fans were quick to share their reactions on social media.

F1’s official Twitter handle has deleted the video where Ricciardo was showing his helmet. If they deleted it as the helmet was visible or Ricciardo was in a hazardous position, we will never know.

As the ultimate race of the season awaits this weekend, we expect drivers to have farewell messages along with tributes for the drivers leaving the sport. Earlier, Mercedes’ George Russell exchanged helmets with Sebastian Vettel ahead of Friday’s Free Practices where he shared his childhood memories. The Briton stated how he arrived at the 2009 British Grand Prix with a Red Bull jumper.
