The F1 Commission meeting was held on Monday to look into various subjects that have come to notice in the previous season. The meeting discussed the topics such as Sprint formats, the aftermath of the season finale, and the unique situation of the Belgian Grand Prix.
Both Toto Wolff and Christian Horner were present at the meeting. When asked how the meeting went and was he happy with the developments in it, Wolff cheekily replied, “Always Happy.”
F1 fans took to social media to give their reactions to Toto Wolff’s cheeky reply. Many fans have assumed that after the statement released by the FIA, they may replace his director, Michael Masi.

Is Toto Wolff happy with the statement made by the FIA?
As reported by Express. co. UK, the governing body indicated that there might be some structural changes in the organization. Although they would give a detailed statement on this in the coming days, many have speculated that this might be related to the race director.
“The FIA President led detailed discussions of the 2021 FIA Formula 1 Abu Dhabi GP. Feedback from the Commission on matters raised will be incorporated into the president’s analysis and he will publicly present news of structural changes and action plan in the coming days,” read the statement made by FIA.

It would be interesting to hear the Mercedes team principal’s views on this statement. The Austrian had been pushing hard to get a solution to the controversial situation that occurred in Abu Dhabi.
He even challenged the last two laps at the end of the race to get more clarity on the issue. Let’s hope that the FIA and the F1 teams reach a mutual decision on the subject.
