Lewis Hamilton is always seeking an adrenaline rush, even off the track. The 7-time world champion is a big fan of adventure activities and can be seen off track doing them on a regular basis. He’s a big fan of adventure activities such as skydiving, rock climbing, etc.
He recently took to Instagram to share his day out rock climbing on a wall. This is a good way for him to recharge his batteries before the doubleheader weekends in Barcelona and Monaco.

The Mercedes driver mentioned how rock climbing helps him to drive a Formula One car on the track. “I love rock climbing and am currently learning how to do it properly and building some strength up with repetition,” wrote Hamilton.

Hopefully, with a fresh mindset, Hamilton can approach the problem he faces currently in the 2022 season. Even after a stable weekend in Miami, the German team is still struggling to find any bit of performance in the car.
Lewis Hamilton reviews the performance of W13 after the Miami GP
The British driver finished P6 behind his teammate at the end of the inaugural Miami Grand Prix. The W13 had a decent pace, but could not really challenge the front runners throughout the race. Subsequently, Lewis mentioned that the car’s performance had not changed since the first race of the season.

“Unfortunately, we are at the same speed as we were in the first race. We haven’t improved in these five races, but I am hopeful we have to keep trying and keep working hard,” said the Mercedes driver.
“It’s still racing, just a different perspective, a different point of view. You want to try and go forward, but it is difficult when you are not going forwards. It is what it is, but it’s an experience for sure,” said Hamilton.

The main issue that the team faces is that they have not yet figured out the main reason behind their loss of performance this season.
