Charles Leclerc explains how he has grown as an F1 driver with Ferrari

The Monegasque driver has always been quick. However, with this unbelievable speed came a lot of errors which put some doubt in people’s minds. But on the other hand, his progression in the sport and within the team in the past couple of seasons has been amazing to witness.

“I think I’m really different from three years ago. Sport is like life. You grow over the year, you gain experience; you discover new things every year… I write a lot, whether it’s about my feelings or my ways of working with engineers, and that allows me to improve not only as a pilot but also as a man.”
