What they need is a measure of comparison and that’s exactly what we have after Verstappen completed his 150th race. Verstappen’s 150th was at Montreal, a race he won to mark the landmark. Two of the most talented drivers on the grid have some incredible stats between them. There is a massive age difference for their individual 150th GP mark, but the stats are still comparable.
Lewis Hamilton Vs Max Verstappen after 150 F1 GPs
When we compare the two world champions in terms of Wins, Poles, and Podiums after their 150 GPs, there is one clear winner. The British world champion Lewis Hamilton beats the Red Bull champion in all three categories.
The Mercedes man leads all three categories, Wins/Poles/Podiums compared to Verstappen’s stats. Hamilton’s record stands at 34/40/72, whereas Verstappen is 26/15/67.

Diving deeper, Hamilton has the advantage in two more categories. The Brit had won two championships by his 150th GP, which was in Malaysia as compared to Verstappen’s one championship. Hamilton also finished 128 races as compared to Verstappen’s 119 race finishes.
However, it is to be noted Verstappen started his F1 career as the youngest competitor at just 17 and is 24 at his 150th GP. And Hamilton started his career at 22 and was 30 at his 150th GP. The five-year age difference may sully the stats a little, but the stats are incredible, nonetheless.

When compared with Sebastian Vettel and Michael Schumacher, it’s a completely different story. Both Vettel and Schumacher are multiple world champions and at their 150th GP, both boasted better stats than Hamilton.
Vettel beat Hamilton in all aspects with a 41/45/73 and four championships, summing up his incredibly successful stint at Red Bull. Vettel was 28, two years younger than Hamilton, having finished 125 races. Schumacher boasted a 47/37/88 record by his 150th GP and three championships. However, Schumacher was 32 at the time and had 109 race finishes under his belt.
