After the conclusion of the Hungarian GP, Formula 1 enters the summer break. The F1 drivers are in a relaxed mode, with the next race at Belgian Grand Prix is to be held in three weeks’ time. In the meantime, drivers spend quality time with their families and go on vacations. Recently, Hungarian GP winner Esteban Ocon was spotted playing video games.
The Frenchman shared a video from his official Instagram account, in which he was observed playing F1 2021 story mode. In the game, Ocon was holding Devon Butler (a fictional character) back, which was a bit overdramatic. The Alpine driver took the opportunity and made fun of the game, writing, “What is this Formula 1 game?!” (with a laughing emoji)

Ricciardo is happy for Esteban Ocon after his maiden victory in F1
Esteban Ocon started the Hungarian GP rock P8. However, after the first lap mayhem, the Frenchman got the opportunity to lead the race, which he held for almost all 70 laps. The Frenchman showed massive resilience to beat Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton to secure his maiden F1 victory.
Meanwhile, McLaren driver Daniel Ricciardo was delighted after Esteban Ocon secured his Maiden Formula 1 victory at Budapest.
“The first victory is special. The emotions are strong and especially after a race like that, it’s crazy,” said Daniel Ricciardo.
“There are huge sensations and obviously, I’m happy for him because the experience of winning an F1 grand prix is something we dream of all our lives as drivers. He got his first Formula 1 win, which I’m sure he’s been dreaming of since he was five or six years old.” (Quotes translated via google)
