This F1 season is going to be the longest in the sport’s history. With a 23 race calendar, the teams and drivers are going to have a really long season. Many are concerned about the effects of such a long season, and Alpine F1 driver, Esteban Ocon, is one of them.

The Frenchman believes that it will be a challenge for everyone. The teams and the staff will have to save their energies for the marathon season. It is expected that some teams may opt to rotate their staff. However, some members might have to stick with the team for all 23 races.

“There are 23 races this season, so you need to take care and save energy. This is something that applies not only to the drivers, but to the whole team.

“Probably the last five races will be particularly difficult, because we will have spent a lot of energy already and the hard work will continue. Of course, it’s also very important to pay attention to every team member,” said Ocon.
