The upcoming Spanish GP is going to be the home race for Carlos Sainz. The Spaniard is among the favorites to win the championship. But after the two retirements, there were doubts about him winning the championship. However, there is again the hope of light for Sainz after he finished on the podium in Miami.
Sainz is eyeing the 2022 championship trophy, which is currently away from his grasp as he ranks P5 on the standing at the moment while his teammate Charles Leclerc is leading the table. But Sainz wants to start his winning streak as he knows what the 2022 challenger F1-75 is.

Sainz reported, “I think that the objective this year has to be, taking advantage of the good car that Scuderia Ferrari has made that allows us to have options to win in each race, win and try to fight. For the championship.”
“It is true that I have had two very bad races in a row because the two zeros in this World Cup are going to count for a lot, but that is not going to take away the illusion of fighting to win and get that first victory that I aspire to and that I dream of since childhood.“
