Meanwhile, in recent times, the American star has also had a picture with current champion Max Verstappen. Fans loved to reminisce about this collage of pictures reflecting Stallone’s love and passion for Formula 1. It shows how even through the years, he maintains his fandom and has seen so many world champions. This Stallone-F1 collage certainly won over the F1 world easily.
Fans Amazed to See the Journey of Sylvester Stallone as an F1 Fan
Several fans on Reddit recalled the different moments that connected Sylvester Stallone with F1. Many even cited how Stallone made an “abomination” of a movie on racing – Driven. While it was on IndyCar, the movie was supposed to be about F1. Either way, even Lewis Hamilton roasted this movie made on a $72 million budget.
Regardless, it is the American star’s sheer passion for the sport that keeps him close to these world champions and other stars. Fans still love Stallone for giving them such iconic moments with their beloved drivers.
In the recent 2022 US Grand Prix, Apple CEO Tim Cook waved the checkered flag. Looking at how unenthusiastically Cook waved the flag certainly makes fans demand logic to get someone like Sylvester Stallone to do the job.
It would have made complete sense and Stallone would have been so much more lively waving the flag at the finish. The man at 76 is still amazingly energetic and pumped!
