F1 is a very tightly knit sport. The teams keep bantering each other from time to time. Recently it’s been flowing freely between Ferrari and McLaren. The two teams have been trading blows over social media ridiculing each other. And the fans have also been loving this saga as it unfolds.

The social media handles of the 2 teams have been bantering each other right now. It all started with McLaren’s comment on Ferrari 2022 car announcement.

However, Ferrari could not wait to score a point of their own. They savagely pointed out a detail in Daniel Ricciardo’s homecoming post by McLaren. Quickly revealing that Ricciardo was indeed wearing a Ferrari shirt.

Although Ricciardo is currently under contract at McLaren, at one point in his career he was reportedly very close to joining the team in Red himself.

Hopefully, the on-track battles would prove to be this enjoyable as well. However, this season so far McLaren have been struggling majorly. While Ferrari has been leading out in the front.

The new regulations have seen the revival of the Prancing Horse. The team from Maranello has been dominating proceedings ever since pre-testing in Barcelona. A confidence boosting testing in Bahrain was followed by the season opener, where Ferrari saw their drivers secure a 1-2 finish.
The second race in Jeddah saw them also secure a double podium finish. Ferrari currently leads the constructors’ standings by 40 points ahead of rivals Mercedes. Their rapid pace has also helped Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz sit on the top 2 spots in the drivers’ standings.
