It’s been three days, and the ambiguity has only grown. We’re not even sure about Hamilton’s involvement in all of it. So far, we know Lewis Hamilton is a follower. The thing we are talking about here is the Instagram page, ‘plus44world’.

On the 20th of August, the mysterious Instagram page appeared first on the social media platform. The ’44’ in the username denotes Hamilton’s driver number. The mysterious page only has one post so far, but it’s not open to the public.
However, Hamilton is not the only driver with the mystery Instagram page. Multiple drivers on the grid have the page under the username ‘plusxxworld’ and the ‘xx’ denotes the driver’s number. However, Hamilton is the only driver who follows his corresponding Instagram page, giving it authenticity.
We’re not sure who is behind the page and or the purpose of it all. Although, a select few users might have a clearer idea. Hamilton’s ‘plus44world’, private page, started accepting users recently.
Although from a barrage of follow requests, the private page only accepted the request of 1000 users. These select 1000 users lucky enough to get accepted can now contemplate the only post on the page.
Although one post might not be enough to disclose the purpose of the page, we’re sure the selected 1000 will try to theorize and get to the bottom. However, apart from the 1000, there are surely thousands, if not millions, of users waiting in line to be accepted.
The Lewis ‘plus44world’ Hamilton page is now accepting users but only by the handful
We understand the plight of the users still waiting to be accepted as they wait patiently to figure out the contents of the page. Although, without wasting no time, these users took to Twitter to showcase their dismay.

The reactions for not being accepted by an Instagram page that is still ambiguous and has no official ties to Hamilton yet are hilarious.
