Lewis said“Don’t worry about things you can’t control. I think a lot of us worry about things that are out of our control and we just waste energy. What I tried to do this year is just focus on the things I can can control, that’s my performance, my time with my engineers, my family prioritize my life and everything else is going to be where it’s going to be and protect your energy as well.”

He added, “There’s a lot of people in the world that are trying to take your energy so be very selective with who you surround yourself with.

Furthermore, he is looking forward to the next season in the hope that Mercedes can provide him with a competitive W14 car.

Lewis Hamilton calls out the toxicity on social media and urges fans to come off them

The Mercedes star has often taken a sabbatical from social media to focus on his mental health. Moreover, Hamilton has also called out the “toxicity” on social media platforms. Hamilton has a massive following of 30.2M people on Instagram and a further 7.8M on Twitter.

Hamilton said“Social media is getting more and more toxic as the years go on and we should all come off it, ultimately. Mental health is such a prominent thing right now. So many people are reading the comments, the stuff that people say, and it is hurtful.”

Additionally, Hamilton also emphasized the importance of media platforms to do more to protect people. He mentioned how online hate is increasing, particularly against kids and women, and condemned the same.
