Lewis Hamilton’s depressive take on the 2022 season
Hamilton spoke on the physically grueling second session of Free Practice. He talked about feeling dehydrated in the hot and humid weather of Singapore. He also talked about how the car has been struggling with porpoising issues. Lewis said that these issues became more prominent on the bumpy Marina Bay track.
Reflecting on how the car hasn’t progressed much, Lewis said that it was pretty much like every other weekend. He said that the car is as it is. Talking about the porpoising issues of the car, he said the car was “bouncing around like crazy.” The Brit said, “You’re bouncing so much that you just have a headache all the time. And this is a very bumpy track if you watch the on-boards and see my helmet… I don’t have any feelings anymore, I lost them like earlier on in the year.”
Despite having a difficult season so far, Hamilton has some hopes for good results this weekend.
