Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc is one of the most sought-after F1 drivers currently. The wunderkind hails from Monte Carlo, an administrative area in the Principality of Monaco. Leclerc hails from a racing background, not something uncommon to motor racing. His father Herve Leclerc raced in Formula 3 during the 1980s and 1990s.

He introduced Charles to Karting at a very young age, developing his early interest in motorsports.

After an initial boost from his father, Leclerc went on to become one of the best drivers around. The relentless, strong-minded wunderkind has outperformed at every level before entering F1. He won the 2016 GP3 championship and the 2017 GP2 series. Leclerc got the Ferrari contract at a very young age, something this sport has seen rarely in the past.

He secured 8th position at Formula 3 Monaco Grand Prix in 1988 with AA Sport. He was a respected figure in the racing community back in the day. However, details on his net worth are not available.

Charles is one of the highest-paid drivers on the grid. Forbes estimated his 2021 on-track earnings around $12 million. Apart from his on-track earnings, he is handsomely rewarded with multiple brand endorsements.
