While some drivers are in relationships that are going strong, Lewis Hamilton hasn’t been in one since he and Nicole Scherzinger split in 2015. But if his recent social media activity is anything to go by, he might just be looking to date again.

The Briton started making frequent features in the F1 relationship rumor mill about a month ago when rumors about him and Shakira dating sparked. A source even confirmed they were dating. And while most people were thrilled for the pair, a few people close to Shakira dubbed him a “womanizer,” and compared him to her ex, Gerard Pique. Despite this, speculations about their relationship remained strong. But now, a new entrant in Hamilton’s otherwise private love life has made everyone question whether or not Shakira and he dated at all. So who is this new interest?

Lewis Hamilton and Juliana Nalu?

Before F1 went racing this year, Lewis Hamilton made a trip to Antarctica, and that’s where he met Juliana Nalu. After returning to normal temperatures, the 7-time world champion and the 25-year-old Brazilian model raised the temperature of the rumor mill by attending the 2023 Coachella Music Festival together. The rumors that started then continued until Shakira entered the picture at the Miami GP. And that’s when the focus shifted to Lewis and Shakira, and the Juliana rumors took a backseat.

But recently, Hamilton has stirred things up again! How? He liked a post Juliana posted on her Instagram where she answered questions about herself that people might not know. In the interview, she was asked what her biggest flex was, to which she replied, “My biggest flex, I think, is being Brazillian.” We’ll never know whether it was the flex or the fact that Hamilton is genuinely interested in her that prompted him to like the post. But one thing is for sure: the rumor mill is in overdrive.

Shakira posted a reel on Instagram engaging in something Hamilton loves—surfing. And guess who liked the post? Lewis Hamilton. Rumors about the dating started at the Miami GP and intensified after Shakira attended the Spanish GP in the Mercedes garage. Hamilton and Shakira went out with a group of friends to celebrate the Briton’s podium, and pictures from the dinner made everyone believe they were a thing.

They stayed quiet about their “relationship,” eventually leading to the rumors dying down. But Hamilton liking Shakira’s post stirred up the pot again, and Lewis-and-Shakira shippers are hopeful once more.
