The Ferrari ship has been sinking deeper into swamps with every race weekend that passes. The SF-23 season started with a racing pace issue, however, it soon became apparent that the latest vehicle of Scuderia couldn’t manage tire degradation. Now that Max Verstappen and Co. have a gap of almost 280 points with Ferrari, the F1 community and experts have been harshly critical of Charles Leclerc and the team’s disaster class, to which now the Monegasque driver vows to give something Tifosi something to cheer.
Since the start of the season, Charles Leclerc and the company have encountered many difficulties. And when the F1 circus arrived at a Budapest track, the pit stop mistake Ferrari made where they cost 9.4 seconds to Leclerc’s Pit cost them dearly, where the Scuderia might have used the narrow and winding track to their advantage. And, as a result, both Leclerc and Carlos Sainz weren’t able to get in the top 5.
In addition, Ferrari’s latest modifications also don’t seem to work with their tire wear and trouble maintaining race pace. Ahead of Hungarian GP Frederic Vasseur claimed that the solid setup might be helpful for the team to get placed in a decent position. However, Leclerc paid the price for the pit stop incident where he lost a significant time and then later was also handed a 5-second time penalty for speeding in the pitlane.

Finally, after finishing in sixth place, he was forced to make way for George Russell, who took seventh place, barely ahead of Carlos Sainz, who came in eighth. The inconsistency to deliver performance and an incompetent vehicle might have Frustrated Leclerc to hell as the Monegasque driver has given all his best efforts at the Budapest track.
On the Scuderia Instagram account’s official website, Leclerc was spotted criticizing Ferrari. He initially stated that he wasn’t satisfied with his performance because, despite doing everything he could, he wasn’t obtaining the desired results. He said, “ Of course, I am not happy with the performance at the moment but believe me, I’m putting absolutely everything on track.”

Later, he conceded that because the squad isn’t competing for the top spot, the supporters might not have felt the excitement however while continuing he gave the fans a glimmer of hope and pledged to give Tifosi something to cheer for he said, “The problem is that for now, we don’t have the performance to show and to do things that are a bit exciting to watch because we are fighting for positions that are not as exciting as last year. But believe me, we are doing absolutely everything and I really hope that very soon we can give you the positions that are a bit more exciting in the front.”
The Hungarian Grand Prix race day could have been a lot better had the setup been handled correctly, and the drivers made fewer mistakes. However, the day certainly belonged to Red Bull and McLaren. And in light of that, Leclerc issued an ultimatum to the Prancing Horse.
What Ultimatum did Charles Leclerc give to Ferrari in light of Mclaren’s meteoric rise?

As per Planetf1, the Monegasque said, “ It’s just up to us now to do a step forward as McLaren did.” Being well aware that Mclaren is approaching within 80 points to Ferrari he added, ” Now we are on the back foot and it’s been confirmed through the last three weekends. There’s a lot of work to do.”
