Daniel Ricciardo, the McLaren driver, has recently opened up on Red Bull. The sheer dominance of the Milton-Keynes-based team not only kept everyone at bay but also raised the possibility of one-sided competition in the coming days.

Talking about this, as per a report published by NOS, the McLaren driver conveyed, “Some people hate this kind of dominance, but I think it is mostly phenomenal. I know Red Bull Racing very well, so in my heart, I am also happy for all the mechanics and the rest of the crew.”

“They have worked hard for this for years. They worked and sacrificed a lot. They won all the races after the summer. That says it all,” further asserted the former Red Bull star who left the team for Renault in 2018.

Verstappen, who reached a new personal milestone of wins in a single season, has been absolutely unstoppable. Out of 20 races, the Dutchman won 14 races and had DNF in two so far. Had that not been the case, the situation could have been better.

On his former teammate, Ricciardo stated during the Mexican Grand Prix weekend, “I don’t think anyone will be able to stop Max before the end of the season. It’s nice that he breaks the record at this place: this is Mexico! This is his circuit. He has won here four times now.”
