Recall how Lewis Hamilton and Co. dominated the whole turbo hybrid era after the regulations overhaul for the 2014 season. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to achieve the same and Red Bull has come out on top after last year’s regulation overhaul that introduced the ground effect. Now, Lewis Hamilton has undertaken a mission along with Mercedes’ masterminds to get back to winning ways just days after renewing the $127,000,000 contract. What is the Briton’s plan?

Lewis Hamilton bashed his team for not listening to his advice regarding the problem of the W14 concept. Many months down the line, despite multiple upgrades, Hamilton still isn’t happy with the car. The biggest complaint is the seating position inside the W14. However, the seven-time champion has a plan to rectify these errors for the upcoming season as he elaborates on the same.

According to Racefans.net, Lewis Hamilton said, “At the end of the year we’ll – Bono and I, and Shov – we’ll go through a list of things that worked and which didn’t work and just be honest. Like: ‘we keep doing this, this does not benefit my weekend at all’. Take that off and it gives you more time to focus on other areas or you add more things in which can benefit the team as a whole.”
