The world of racing is still contemplating whether they will see the Knight feature on the grid in 2022. But there are some within the racing community who think that McLaren’s Daniel Ricciardo could replace the Brit.
According to a Top Gear article, the Australian driver has 6-1 odds of landing the gig at the Brackley-based squad. But what is more surprising is that Hamilton‘s former teammate, Valtteri Bottas also has the same odds as Ricciardo. Seeing that the Finn has just moved to Alfa Romeo after the end of the 2021 season, it is quite astonishing to see him have such high odds in the fight for a Mercedes seat.
