Mick Schumacher has had a very stressful 2022 year with his former F1 team, Haas. With consistent battles regarding holding his seat for the next season, and walking on eggshells, trying his best- not make a single mistake that would cost him, Mick Schumacher has been in a frustrating position for most of the season.

However, his former teammate, Kevin Magnussen, believes that it is the end, only if you let it be. Haas man, after looking back at his own journey, and having successfully come back twice to the sport, has some helpful advice for the young German. As Kevin strongly empathizes, he suggests that Mick should ‘stick at it.’
Kevin started his F1 journey with McLaren in 2014, only to have had it ended in merely a year. Renault then came to Kevin’s rescue in 2016, eventually leading him to make a switch to Haas the following year.
Having experienced the hopeless walk away from the grid, Kevin urges Mick to not lose hope. In a recent interview, he said, “I certainly know what it is like in his position right now but I also when I am patting him on the shoulder and saying stick at it, it also has some weight.”
“I have come back twice, I have shown that you can never say never and there really is a reason to hang in there,” he said, in conclusion.

In an interview, the German boy shared his thoughts on how being a young driver, finding himself navigating through his career in F1, is a rather hard thing to do. He emphasizes that there is no space to figure that out.

Talking to Auto Motor und Sport, He said, “Formula 1 is a sport where you have to push yourself to the limit. In order to find the limit, you sometimes have to go beyond it.”
“Formula 1 is of a completely different caliber than any other racing category that I have driven before. I’ve felt more comfortable every time I’ve gotten into the car. You could also see that in my positive trend,” he said, in conclusion.
