Last year when Daniel Ricciardo was warming the bench in the first half of the season, he celebrated Women’s Day by paying tribute to every woman who has helped him be who he is today. And he was labeled a man written by women when he gave that tribute. What we didn’t see coming was that this year he would be celebrating the same day with his old team, Red Bull.

Off the track, the atmosphere within the Red Bull camp is tempest. Christian Horner is neck-deep in a controversy. Max Verstappen’s father doesn’t want Horner running the team. Ricciardo and teammate Yuki Tsunoda didn’t leave Bahrain on a friendly note and so forth. While things have not been looking up for Red Bull despite building another rocket ship, the latest tribute will make your hearts melt.

The Race has reported that Red Bull’s sister team has marked International Women’s Day (tomorrow, 8th March) with a message on its car, plus the names of the team’s female employees. This tribute is given to the newly anointed Visa Cash App Red Bull, which has a Minardi and Toro Roso DNA.

And in the latest development, Hamilton made another sweet gesture.

Last year, when the men and women raced during the same weekend in Austin, Hamilton met each driver and posted their pictures on his Instagram story. Some girls claimed that they gained thousands of followers due to his story. For Hamilton, who has the biggest voice, the cause and supporting it matters. And the latest is that he shared the women-only F1 Academy picture on his Instagram story again. Isn’t that thoughtful?
