Ferrari intended to turn the tables in 2023 after failing to covert a good start last year. However, the start of the new season turned out to be an absolute disaster for the Prancing Horse. While Carlos Sainz missed out on the podium finish owing to some heroics from Fernando Alonso, Charles Leclerc failed to even finish the race. He was probably recovering from the loss when his ex-girlfriend, Charlotte Sine, posted a story on Instagram that left fans stunned.

Leclerc had a dream start to the race as Sergio Perez failed to pick up the pace on lights out. Later, the Mexican overtook him, however, he was still in a podium finish position. All that came crashing down as he DNF’d in Lap 41 owing to an engine failure.

Charles and Charlotte may have called it quits on their relationship towards the end of last year, but her love for F1 remains as dear as before. Just like many other fans, she posted a screen grab of the race and posted the story on Instagram. However, she probably did not pay much attention to who was on the screen when she clicked the photo. It was the photo of her ex’s arch nemesis, Max Verstappen, leading the race.

Needless to say, the post did not leave a pleasant taste in the Tifosi’s mouth. Have a look at some reactions from Twitter.

After taking some heavy trolling, Charlotte put out a post, clarifying that she was still a Ferrari fan. Some fans took those the task and flooded her with hate messages.

Some fans just couldn’t get to terms with the possibility of her supporting Max and Red Bull.

Others were not so chill with the post she put out.
