A disappointed and tired Charles Leclerc has been left with no space to hide and process his sorrows. Always under the spotlight inside the Ferrari garage, the paddock’s heartthrob is now being given no time to rest, even in his personal space at home. The barrage of fans going crazy over him is unreal and has now exposed the dark side of the sport that the drivers have to endure.
The 25-year-old Ferrari driver, whose address got leaked, is now dealing with a lot more than he actually should. Troubled by this, he is now constantly annoyed and disturbed. But, the good thing is, being the brave person that he is, he voiced his problems and took a bold step to draw boundaries between himself and the fans. This comes merely days after a fan tried to kiss the driver without his consent.
Fans of Charles Leclerc and others lauded the driver’s effort in voicing his opinion. Charles, who has always been known for his pleasant interactions with fans, has received support for his stance. During the latest episode of The Last Lap podcast, the speakers rightly put it this way: “What makes even worse is loads of people know, like, Charles is one of the best with fans. Always amazing at the time of the Grand Prix. He always takes a picture.”

“Like, I mean, he’s absolutely content. I love Charles, so it’s just one of those frustrating things. And obviously, it’s people need to separate the whole Formula 1 thing. This is purely harassment and stalking from like, again, fans who are just mental.”
The driver’s basic right to privacy must have been violated several times. Otherwise, as the fans put it, the driver wouldn’t have ever put out such a statement.

A start this bad as the one he has faced in the opening three rounds of the 2023 season wouldn’t have been on the bingo card of Charles Leclerc. The driver is said to be frustrated and tired of the team and its mistakes. Many believe his ambition of winning the championship with Ferrari too to have been dashed.
However, as per his boss, Frederic Vasseur, Leclerc remains ever so motivated and still has it. As quoted by Autosport, “It was not the at all the plan. But the motivation is still there. You know that I have a good relationship with Charles. And this won’t affect the mood. But when you are jumping on Charles or Carlos or any other drivers in the TV pen 30 seconds after the race, for sure they can’t be happy,” he said, hitting at media for the speculations around the lack of motivation in the camp.
