The team didn’t have a horrible year in 2023. Finishing third is not that bad, but considering the team has been consistently racing since its inception in 1950, third is not a position they are ready to settle for. Ferrari has one last season to go with Carlos Sainz after which Lewis Hamilton will partner up with Charles Leclerc. Ferrari has decided to give Sainz a strong send-off with a car that can help him win more podiums.
