Charles Leclerc has become one of the breakout Formula 1 star since his debut just three seasons ago. He joined Ferrari in 2019 and took absolutely no time in proving his might. He claimed his first Ferrari podium in his second race and finished the season in P4 position with two wins.

His dream start with Ferrari came to an unfortunate hurdle with the team’s 2020 engine woes. However, Leclerc was thrilled with his performance this season. In a recent interview, he explained how he deals with his mistakes and his choice of relaxation.

He said, “I’m not a person who looks much into the past. Every time I make a mistake, I see it a positive thing: I am sure that I will learn from that mistake and become a better person. I’d say that I’m impatient by nature, but as time passed, I’ve learned to wait.”

Formula 1 is a highly competitive sport and as a young driver of one of the most successful teams, Leclerc is always under pressure to deliver results. The Monegasque explains how he relaxes amidst all the pressure.

“I play music only for myself, it helps me relax and I challenge myself to learn new songs, It’s a moment for myself,” said the Monegasque, revealing his musical talent by playing the piano.

Charles Leclerc finished the 2020 Formula 1 season in P8 with just two podiums and no race wins. The Monegasque had a difficult 2020 season and is under pressure ahead of the new season. However, he has already shown his racecraft skills and what he can achieve behind a wheel.
