When Ferrari signed him, Charles Leclerc quickly became a household name for the tifosi. The young Monegasque was instilled into the ranks of the Scuderia for a long-term project. The project was; getting Ferrari back to their championship-winning days. 5 years later, the time has finally come when even Leclerc will be running out of patience. And in this modern-age of social media, the pressure to deliver is as high as it could ever get.
While the Monacan racing ace has done everything in his capacity to extract the maximum out of the Ferrari cars, the team has arguably failed to provide him with competitive and reliable machinery. Leclerc doesn’t have a one-track mind. It’s not only about racing for the 25-year-old. During his downtime, Leclerc is someone who thoroughly enjoys listening to and making music. Leclerc recently made a full-time foray into the music industry with an instrumental single titled ‘AUS23 (1:1)‘. And while Leclerc makes this jump to a side-gig with his full-time racing job, he’s explained how the love for music rivals his love for F1.
His Spotify page reads, “My love for music has always been there, but it wasn’t until the pandemic that I started playing the piano. With more time at home, I decided to buy a piano and learn to play. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with the instrument and find myself playing it whenever I’m at home.”
