Watching Ferrari compete toward the front of the field isn’t something the Tifosi has witnessed too much this season. But in the past two races, the Scuderia has looked in good form, especially after its on-track performance at the Austrian GP, where Charles Leclerc snagged a second-place finish on merit. This came after his P4 finish in Canada, and fans couldn’t help but find something to keep them believing in Ferrari’s form. And after the Austrian GP, they did.
After his happy outing in Montreal, the Monegasque headed to Napoli, Italy, where he met a priest who was a proud Tifosi and the Charles Leclerc Fanclub member. In their conversation, the priest mentioned that he prayed for Leclerc occasionally. And fans held on to that fact till the Austrian GP, where Leclerc finished on the podium for only the second time this season. After the race, the priest posted a picture they took from their meeting in Napoli and captioned it, “let’s go, the best is yet to come. thank god.”

That’s when Ferrari fans started believing that the priest’s prayers were helping Leclerc’s performances, and since then, they’ve become as big fans of the priest as they are of Leclerc. Many of them asked the priest to pray for Charles every race weekend, and well, he obliged. And Leclerc fans are in a frenzy!
Charles Leclerc’s priest is back at it with his support
Going into the British GP, looking to carry forward his momentum, Charles Leclerc received support from his unexpected priest fan from Napoli. The priest posted another picture of the two, captioning it, “religious silence … full speed ahead” [Translated by Google]. A fan posted the picture on Twitter and said, “FATHER POSTED AGAIN WE’RE SO WINNING SILVERSTONE!!!!!!!!” Seeing how he fulfilled Ferrari fans’ wishes to pray for Leclerc every race weekend, the Tifosi is beyond hopeful about Leclerc’s chances at Silverstone.
A few fans wrote how Leclerc could win the British GP now that the priest has wished him well. And considering how every Leclerc fan is banking on the priest’s prayers every race weekend, hoping he prays for Leclerc has become every fan’s manifestation.

Mattia Binotto, former Ferrari team principal, made his way to the circuit this weekend. And Ferrari fans aren’t too happy about it, claiming Binotto is bad luck. So many fans hoped that the priest’s prayers would take away the bad luck too.

He posted this picture just hours before FP2, in which Leclerc’s car had a few electrical problems that allowed him no running time. Seeing how their words aged, they replied to their tweet asking fans not to cancel them. Another fan empathized with the user who posted the tweet.
DON'T CANCEL ME PLS, THE PRAYERS ARE FOR THE QUALI AND THE RACE ONLY!!
