“Music keeps me alive,” said Lewis Hamilton. The 7-time F1 champion is a man of many talents. Hamilton has often teased his fans by displaying thin slices of his musical genius. Be it an Instagram live piano session or his cameo under the name XNDA, the Mercedes star has expressed his melodious nature only to leave everyone impressed. And it is only fitting that his official debut stars another musical mastermind like Camila Cabello, who is also at the Miami GP paddock to cheer him on.
The Miami GP attracts celebrities from around the globe. Hamilton seems to be the favorite F1 driver among such Hollywood A-listers. This weekend, he already took Kendall Jenner for a joyride around the Miami International Autodrome. However, what caught the eyes of the LH army was Camila Cabello’s presence around the Mercedes garage.
The ‘Senorita’ singer was decked out in Plus 44 Clothing, an apparel brand by Hamilton. The 7x champ even reposted her photos from the paddock, tagging his clothing brand as well. While this didn’t seem like an unexpected occurrence, what followed? Cabello posted a photo with Hamilton on her Instagram story, which he reposted, with both of them donning +44. But this time, they were in a recording studio.

This is bound to send the rumor mill churning again. Hamilton has been time and again teasing his fans with images from his secret musical recordings. Earlier in March, the Briton posted a photo of his recording gear but chose not to give any explanation for the same. It is high time that his talent is no longer kept a secret. Because according to 7-time Grammy winner Will.i.am, he can “out-vocal” anybody.

Will.i.am’s candid confession on Lewis Hamilton’s “amazing” singing
Lewis Hamilton has had a close relationship with Will.i.am. since their first meeting in 2007. A simple MTV Music Awards meeting turned into a long-lasting friendship. As it turns out, the soon-to-be Ferrari driver was always passionate about music.
“It’s kind of not fair that he’s that good and he sings amazingly,” Will.i.am told Sports Illustrated. “Seriously, I’ve been in the studio with Lewis, he’s an amazing singer. Like, amazing. How can someone be so talented? That’s really annoying, and he’s the kind of guy, if he comes on stage with you, he’s probably going to out-vocal you.”

If a 7-time Grammy winner commends another artist with such deep feelings, that artist needs to come out of hiding to display himself in all his glory. Maybe once Hamilton teams up with Charles Leclerc at Ferrari in 2025, their shared passion for this performing art will produce something for everyone to witness.
