Lewis Hamilton is quite active outside the F1 paddock. He has showcased his talent in the fashion industry, having designed multiple collections with Tommy Hilfiger. However, one industry that not everyone knows he has dabbled in is the acting industry.
The seven-time world champion has featured in some of the most successful movies in the film industry, but you may have missed out on seeing the number 44.
He has most notably made a cameo in ‘Cars,’ the famous movie franchise by Disney, where he plays himself as a racing driver and an assistant to Lightning McQueen.

Lewis Hamilton not away from the track
The Knight has stuck to what he knows best – his love for cars. Hence, he plays himself in Cars 2, where he is supposed to race against McQueen in a world championship. In the 3rd installment, he plays Hamilton, an assistant that helps McQueen find his way back in racing.
Lewis also had a cameo in the hit comedy Zoolander 2. He is seen in the fashion show looking at models walk on the ramp.
He was also part of TV series called Toons during his time at McLaren. Hamilton played an animated version of himself alongside his then-teammate, Jenson Button.
Even after such versatile on-screen performances, F1 fans are still dying to see him in another series, Drive to Survive, talking about the craft he is so passionate about.
Life after racing
The number 44 has already shown an interest in music as he was recently seen making some beats of his own. Moreover, he has already featured in a famous music video by Christina Aguilera and received appreciation from rapper Kanye West for his musical talent.

However, Hamilton might have to apply brakes on his other interests as he recently signed a new contract with the Silver Arrows which sees him race in F1 for another year.

So, while he will have to wait to prove himself in another industry, with a chance at a record-breaking eight world championship, Lewis has the chance to prove he’s a legend in the realm of F1.
