Burying the Heartbreaking Crash in the Past, Brad Pitt’s Co-star Michael Fassbender Set to Live Out His Motorsport Dream With Ferrari F1 Legend

The influx of Hollywood celebrities has increased big time in the F1 world. While some are attending the Grands Prix, some like Brad Pitt are making movies based on F1. However, Brad Pitt’s Co-Star Michael Fassbender had a heartbreaking crash at Le Mans recently. Regardless, like a true racer, he has left the crash behind him and is set to live his another one of his Motorsport dream with a Ferrari F1 legend. What is this dream and who is this legend?

Michael Fassbender is a well-known Hollywood star with Irish origins. Fassbender is usually acknowledged for his role in the X-Men series, Steve Jobs, and Assassins Creed. However, recently, Fassbender has been in the news for his Motorsport activities. The Star raced for the Proton Competition team at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in a Porsche 911 this year. Unfortunately, the Brad Pitt Co-Star again crashed at Le Mans this year. However, this year the car was beyond repairable. 

2022 was the first year Fassbender participated in LeMans. While his Inglourious B**terds Co-Star Brad Pitt is busy making a movie about Formula 1 with Lewis Hamilton, the X-Men superstar decided to live out his Motorsport dream. It was recently announced that Fassbender will feature on “Sport und Talk aus dem Hangar-7″ The show airs days before the Austrian GP. The Irish Actor will fulfill his TV dream by talking about Motorsport with the Ferrari Legend Gerhard Berger, who is also invited to the show.

Along with them, Tobias Moretti and two-time Motocross world champion Heinz Kinigadner will also feature on the show. Nevertheless, his Co-Star Brad Pitt will get to drive at Silverstone as his movie on F1 is eagerly awaited by the fans.

Brad Pitt set to drive at Silverstone during the British GP weekend

Brad Pitt is said to be the lead star in an F1-themed movie produced by Lewis Hamilton. To film some racing scenes for the theatrical, Brad Pitt will take to track at the British GP in between the practice sessions. The car will be an adapted version of the Formula 2 car. Mercedes will be developing the car that Brad Pitt will be driving. 

Joseph Kosinski is the director of the film with reports of Apple buying the rights for the movie going around. Lewis Hamilton wants to make sure that the movie is as close to F1 so the essence isn’t lost. It’s still not confirmed whether Lewis Hamilton will play a role in the movie as Kosinski is the same guy who directs Top Gun: Maverick, the movie in which Hamilton was offered a role but had to deny the offer because of the F1 world championship.
