Unstoppable, faultless, utterly ruthless, and unbeatable is a simple way to summarize the 2023 campaign of Max Verstappen so far. The Dutchman and his RB19 are on a completely different level than the rest of the grid. Verstappen has only let two wins slip out in the opening nine races and is yet to finish below P2. This incredibly dominant start to the season is striking fear not in the minds of the drivers but the bosses as well. Charles Leclerc’s boss recently communicated this fear.

Many Ferrari entities believe the team and the drivers are not too far from Red Bull, at least in qualifying which can be exploited. However, the Italian team’s French boss is not of that opinion. Frederic Vasseur believes the Dutchman is unstoppable in any and all conditions, which makes him extremely difficult to beat.

Vasseur communicated this submission to the Max Verstappen juggernaut recently, as quoted by Motorsport.com. In communicating his concern, Vasseur said, “Max is really in all conditions, dry, wet, semi-wet, full tank, empty tank, he’s always in the fight. It’s really hard to beat him in such conditions.” (Translated by Google)

“It will also depend on how competitive we will be between now and 2028. I think it would be difficult to leave with a dominant project. I’m often asked if I have a dream team. I know Ferrari has a unique history in Formula 1. It’s a team it would be great to race for. However, I’ve always told myself that I just want to be in the fastest car,” said Verstappen.
