As things stand, acting is one of the few fields where Hamilton hasn’t ventured yet. However, he has lent his voice in animated movies like Cars 2 and Cars 3. But now, the American actor Tom Cruise believes Hamilton can be a great actor because of the passion and focus he puts into whatever he does.

Cruise said, Lewis in terms of acting.. you know anyone with that kind of focus and passion who wants to act, and I know he’s a musician..so he can accomplish anything. You focus your mind on something & you can accomplish anything.”

Lewis Hamilton on his Spanish GP recovery run

The seven-time world champion is having a poor season. Hamilton is still unable to fight for his 8th title as he struggles to get to the front of the grid. The British driver had a poor start to the Spanish GP. Starting in P6, he crashed into Kevin Magnussen on the very first lap and dropped to the back of the grid.

The seven-time world champion wanted to quit the race after the collision. But Mercedes told Hamilton to continue, and he could try to finish P8. So, the Brit continued racing and picked up the pace in the race’s second half. Eventually, Hamilton finished three positions ahead of his target at P5. Because of his phenomenal recovery run, he became the Driver of the Day.

After the race, Hamilton shared his thoughts on his recovery run. He said, “But yeah, there was a point where I was in no man’s land. I didn’t think it was possible to even catch the guys and even get back into the race. I was 30 seconds adrift but somehow managed to get a lot further than they thought. So I like that we just didn’t give up.”
