George Russell has been an undisputed fan of Tennis. He’s been evocatively supporting the iconic tournament. After the British Grand Prix, the Brit was seen at attendance at the iconic Wimbledon tournament. That being said, Russell has made his name in Tennis circles for his uncanny predictions that have actually gotten glory for Carlos Alcaraz as he squared off against Novak Djokovic.

The Spaniard has had a dream run during the 2023 Wimbledon championships. And just 5 days before he cliched the biggest prize of it all, George Russell was there to cheer the man on to his road to glory.

In a video that Russell uploaded to his Instagram story just hours before Alcaraz registered victory, he uncannily predicted the outcome of the match. He was quoted as saying, “I?m going to go Ons Jabeur for the women?s. Carlos Alcaraz for the men?s,”?as he predicted the Spaniard?s triumph over Rune in the quarter-final.

Russell came onto his official Instagram account to praise the Spaniard as he clinched his maiden title. He captioned the post, “What a final @wimbledon Congrats @carlitosalcarazz on the victory!!”

Russell is an undisputed tennis fan, and he has been cheering the Spaniard on. That being said, it isn’t just the Brit who is a fan of the sporting spectacle. As things turn out, Russell’s own girlfriend, Carmen Mundt, is a fan of the Spaniard, too.

She came onto her Instagram account to share a picture of her enjoying the historic final. She captioned the story, “Vamos” with the flag of Spain. Safe to say, even Formula 1 royalty is bowing down to the greatness on offer at Wimbledon.
