After much excitement and controversy, the 2022 F1 season has finally come to an end. The season’s last race saw some heavyweights leave the sport. As the sport bid farewell to some of the greats, what’s the final lineup for the 2023 F1 season ahead of the 24 race in the calendar?
Oracle Red Bull Racing

The defending champions, Red Bull, will enter the battlefield with the reigning champions in their ranks. The two-time world champion will start the season alongside Sergio Perez, who showcased a mighty performance in 2022.
Scuderia Ferrari
Last year’s runners-up, the Scuderia Ferrari will bank on Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz for the 2023 season. The fast and brilliant duo of Leclerc and Sainz can give the champions a run for their money under perfect strategy and execution.
Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team
The eight-time constructor’s champions have Lewis Hamilton and George Russell in their ranks for the 2023 season. Hamilton, who is expected to push for his eighth world championship will have the brilliant Russell beside him in the long 24 races next season.
BWT Alpine F1 Team
Alpine is all set to enter 2023 with old guy Esteban Ocon and his compatriot, the new guy Pierre Gasly. Gasly, the former Red Bull and AlphaTauri driver, is expected to give much-needed impetus in their run to hold the P4 position in the constructors’ championship.
McLaren Racing
McLaren will enter the next season with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. Piastri has arrived at the Woking-based team after he replaced compatriot Daniel Ricciardo at the end of the 2022 season.
Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN
Alfa Romeo will enter the next year’s competition with the same line-up as before. The former Mercedes man Valtteri Bottas will have Guanyu Zhou alongside him for 2023 as they look to improve on their constructors’ championship.
Aston Martin Cognizant F1 Team
Fernando Alonso’s perfectly timed entry fulfilled Sebastian Vettel’s departure from the Aston Martin team as they set to start their 2023 season with the Spanish driver and Lance Stroll.
Haas F1 Team
After spending a couple of years with young guns, the American team will enter the 2023 season with Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg. The veterans are expected to boost the Kannapolis-based team’s performance with expectedly incurring less expenditure for damages.
Scuderia AlphaTauri

AlphaTauri will start their 2023 season with newly inducted Nyck de Vries and Yuki Tsunoda. After Pierre Gasly left for Alpine, the sister team of Red Bull replaced him with de Vries after his valiant debut with Williams in 2022.
Williams Racing
Once one of the most popular and successful F1 team, Williams hardly manages to get points these days. However, the team from Britain will start their 2023 season with Alex Albon and Logan Sargeant. Sargeant is the latest American F1 sensation after Williams decided to replace Nicholas Latifi for the next season.

As things stand, the upcoming 2023 season is expected to be a cracker of a season. With three new drivers on the line to showcase their talent and Mercedes and Ferrari’s agility to try and beat Red Bull, the upcoming season might be a great season indeed.
