Lewis Hamilton and Brad Pitt suggested that they will prioritize the fact that the new F1-themed movie produced by them is as realistic as possible to real-life F1. However, as the social uproar gained traction with Actors going on strike, Brad Pitt decided to ditch the actors’ association to prioritize Lewis Hamilton’s $140,000,000 venture at this week’s Hungarian GP. How did Brad Pitt ditch Hollywood?

Hollywood is known for its glamor but recently has been in the news for the wrong reasons. Sources suggest that about 65000 Hollywood actors are on strike as they demand the studios increase their wages. Actors suggest that in this era of streaming, their wages have plummeted. Combined with the inflation over the previous years, it has made things increasingly difficult for them. It is advised that actors want an 11% raise on their base pay this year and 8% raise over the next two years.

However, Brad Pitt doesn’t seem to be phased by this movement as the shooting for the upcoming F1-themed movie being produced by Lewis Hamilton continues. The budget for this upcoming movie is said to be $140,000,000. After already being spotted at the Silverstone GP, the APXGP team is also in the paddock for this week’s Hungarian GP. A recent Tweet revealed a video of the APXGP cars on track. However, it’s not sure if Brad Pitt is the one driving the car. However, the production company is still shooting during the strike.

In the video one of the cars can be seen squeezing the other one toward the pit wall on the main straight. The move reminded us of the 2010 Hungarian GP where Michael Schumacher almost pushed Rubens Barrichello into the Pitwall. Regardless, the interest of F1 fans keeps growing as the shoot continues. Lewis Hamilton and Brad Pitt’s F1-themed movie was also at the British GP to shoot scenes for the movie. The Mercedes-developed cars were seen between the sessions on the track. Multiple cameras were mounted on the car. And that wasn’t the only track time. The cars also lined up on the grid for the formation lap and went around the track before coming into the pits.

The team was given their own garage in the pits with many people suggesting that the equipment in APXGP’s garage is better than some teams on the grid. Brad Pitt and Damson Idris were also spotted taking part in the national Anthem ceremony before the race as they stood next to the drivers. Many people speculated that the F1 drivers might even have roles in the movie.
