Lewis Hamilton has always been vocal about serious issues in the world. The Mercedes driver has always lent a voice and spoken against the several prejudices in the world. He famously took a stance against equality and inclusivity in the sport.

But on his most recent post on Instagram, the seven-time world champion spoke about his mental health issues. Hamilton revealed that it is not easy to stay mentally and emotionally strong every single day. But he urged his followers to keep fighting through those issues and come out on the better side.

Hamilton’s post on Instagram has also caught the eyes of the American TV show ‘Good Morning America’. They featured the Mercedes drivers’ comments on one of their bits and praised him for speaking so freely about his mental health struggles.
Lewis lost the 2021 championship in a devastating fashion after losing it on the last lap to Max Verstappen. But he vowed to fight back more aggressively in the 2022 season and go for his eighth title. But former F1 driver Gerhard Berger has questioned his aggressive approach in the new season.

Former McLaren driver Gerhard Berger mentioned he is unsure if Hamilton would be aggressive if he faces Verstappen once again this season. He also mentioned that there is no need for the seven-time world champion to adapt Max’s approach as his’ working just fine.
“I don’t know if he would be aggressive like Max was if this would work in the right direction. For me, it was so clever how he sometimes gives way, not to crash but to get it back in another way.”

“I just can see with all the experience Lewis has, he is very serene. He used his chances the whole time. Except for Silverstone, he just was perfect,” said Berger.
It has not been a good start for the Mercedes driver this season as he has struggled to match the pace of Verstappen and Leclerc. In the last race, he even fell behind his teammate in both the qualifying and race.
