Logan Sargeant has always wanted to race in Formula 1 as opposed to the American-only NASCAR and IndyCar series. Before he was even a teenager, he left beautiful Florida for the UK to follow his dream. After years of hard work, Sargeant will progress from a great rookie season in Formula 2, where he finished fourth on the table, to make his Formula One debut with Williams. However, every athlete goes through a difficult period in their career, and the American was no exception. During the Williams car launch, talking about 2021, the Sargeant told Motorsports.com, ” I was 100% sure it was dead at that point, to be honest. “That’s where I felt like were my only two places that I could still turn to. The F3 seat was just simply just to pass some time and stay in a car, and help a team move forward and a different position for myself, let’s say.”
