Though Alpine has claimed they will land on a decision by the British Grand Prix, Piastri’s debut might have to wait.

About the decision, Team Principal Otmar Szafnauer commented, “Around Silverstone, we will probably be talking about it.” Though Oscar’s debut with Alpine looks difficult, he is not empty-handed. Williams F1 will possibly jump on the opportunity to lock in the driver for themselves. The UK-based team’s current lineup comprises Alex Albon and Nicholas Latifi.
