The Austrian race winner was on the F1 Nation Podcast speaking to the host Tom Clarkson. During this candid conversation, Clarkson had Ricciardo on the list of discussions. To initiate this conversation Clarkson referred to Ricciardo as “your future son-in-law.” However, this reference did not land for the Austrian and when explained he made a remark about his daughter’s dating history which could’ve caused drama.

Gerhard Berger said, “Well, he’s changing all the time, so I don’t know. Maybe you’re right for the moment, yes.” This off-hand comment from her father clearly suggests a varied and erratic dating history.

This statement puts a spotlight on Ricciardo and Heidi’s relationship as well because of the long-term nature of their union. In fact, this statement even caused an uproar among the Ricciardo stans after the news made some strides in the F1 gossip columns.
