Sometimes incidents in Formula One can leave a mark in driver’s mind when they visit the track where it took place. So it is no different for Alex Albon when he arrived at the Red Bull Ring with DTM in an AlphaTauri car.

The event that replays in the Thai driver’s mind is his battle with Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton last year. As they zipped around the track. Hamilton went for the inside to overtake Albon, but they had contact which saw Albon spin off into the gravel area.

However, the 23-year-old doesn’t have any bad blood against the 7-time world champion, but as he revised the track, he took this opportunity to have a stab at himself.

However, this isn’t the first time the two have come together, as back in 2019 at the Brazilian Grand Prix, the same thing happened. Albon aiming for a place finish; but Lewis had contact with him, which saw him go off the track and lose out on a podium finish.
