Daniel Ricciardo is one of many bidding farewell to his team this season. Ricciardo joined Renault in a surprise move at the end of 2018. He moved from Red Bull after the intensity between Max and him boiled over.

Ricciardo had an underwhelming first season with Renault. The Enstone-based outfit had promised the Australian that they will show significant improvement by 2020. However, Ricciardo announced at the beginning of this season that he will join McLaren next season.

Ricciardo had a strong race and finished the season with a P7 finish. He claimed a couple of podium finishes for the French team this season.
