The property is an updated 1960 mansion, which now has two garages, five bedrooms, and a massive swimming pool. The luxurious property also faces the ocean adding to the calming environment of the place. A proper place of solitude, Daniel Ricciardo once said, “The weather, having the beaches close by, I feel like you can escape the madness of it all.”
It’s no surprise that the property intrigues the driver. The Californian property is opposite a beach and allows a lot of sunshine into the house; a reflection of his manner of living in Perth.
Glitzy apartment in Monte Carlo
While the extravagant LA mansion is perfect for the holidays, Monaco is Ricciardo’s home away from home. The glamourous city of Monte Carlo has attracted many F1 drivers. This includes Mika Hakkinen, Nico Rosberg, Max Verstappen, and even our Honey Badger, Daniel Ricciardo.
For most of the year, when not traveling for the sport, Ricciardo lives in Monaco. Ricciardo has a comfortable one-bedroom pied-à-terre in the city. The apartment is highly coveted in the Monaco real estate market.
Famous for his stints at the Monaco GP, Ricciardo once mentioned how much the city changes for him during the race. “It feels like a real racetrack, and I’m not thinking ‘there’s a cafe I eat at’ or ‘there’s a street I ride my Vespa down’ or whatever…You wake up in your own bed, kick around your apartment and then start the journey to work.”
Perth native Daniel Ricciardo
The Australian also owns a grand home in Perth. Unable to return to Australia because of the lockdown, Ricciardo craves the warmth of his home in Perth. This property includes a ranch. Located close to his childhood home in Duncraig, the house is complete with an underground garage and Olympic-size swimming pool.
